ASASH is the very disorganized. they came to spray twice. but both times they were late by more than 1.5 hour! We found a bug while the exterminator was here and the fumigator took it to get examined. they never called us back with any info. And when WE called them back they were only interested in scheduling the 2nd fumigation visit. the lady at the desk didn't seem to be interested with any of our inquiries. When I scheduled them to spray my yard, no one mentioned I would need to have my yard sprayed twice for it to work. Conveniently, when I called two weeks later to report bugs still in my yard I'm told I should have bought there two pass service. Now they want me to pay another 60 to come and do it. Why would I pay again to do something that could not be done right in the first place. Oh well, money waisted. Get a second opinion before you agree to hire Asash. They promised to treat my buildings for termites and roach fumigation. I was in a hurry and didn't read the contract, but I should have. They only treated one building with a "partial" treatment and never fumigated for roaches. When I got the bill, they tried to charge me an additional $453.75, which I won't be paying since, "we have a contract."
