The owner of this business (who is Jameel, the only 5 star reviewer at this time) is an incompetent moron. The numerous times I've been unfortunate to work with him, he has been rude (answering unimportant calls from buddies during work talk) demanding of his way in a childlike fashion, knows very little of the things he tries to fix, and probably upsell. I can't suggest strongly enough that you avoid this business at all costs.
The owner of this business is inexperienced and his knowledge about tech repair is questionable. It took him two visits to repair our ipad screen and the quality of the repair is terrible. Our iPad has a 2 mm gap between the screen and the frame AFTER the repair. He refuses to return unless we pay him more money for something that should have been fixed in the first place.
