Wish there was no stars! Ny husband called to get some wood delivered told us between 3-5 the next day they didn't show or didn't even bother to call or return text or call. Gave them a second chance since the weather was not all that great. My husband called the guy he told my husband he was trying to get a trailer unstuck he will call him. Well it's the next day and no call! Horrible horrible customer service don't call them don't waste your time!!!!
Awful!! Stay away from this company! They spilled oil all over my yard and driveway, they had no intention of cleaning it or even apologizing for the mess. I had to ASK them to clean it up and all I got was attitude. After some messaging back and forth with them, they agreed to come clean up the mess. They did not show up on the day they said they would come, they messaged me at the end of the day saying they would coming in the next two days. Customer service is horrible Dont show up on the day they tell you they are coming. Have not come back to finish the job they were hired to do which included stump removal. They have done nothing but give my daughter the run around since we hired them for her property. If this is not corrected or addressed since they have been paid in full will seek legal action
These guys did great. I actually left halfway thru and when I got home I was suprised that everything was cleaned up in the yard. Not even a twig left. Great job
We are new to the area and choose ASAP because of their overall reviews. We had a large tree that was too close to our house. ASAP explained how the tree would be removed and assured us there would be no issues. They were professional, experienced and the clean up was great. Also the cost was very reasonable. Overall we were extremely pleased
