They lie about what is wrong with the cars and then act clueless when you tell them about it. They then ignore your texts and calls. I received a disclosement form stating ONLY the brake booster needed to be fixed. It is ALOT more than that. The Ford dealership also informed me that my car doesn't even have a brake booster. I have purchase 4 cars from here the first car is a 2002 infiniti i35 never had a problem with the car the second car was a 1999 honda civic for my mother-in-law never had a problem with it she was really happy until she got rear ended my third car is a 06 infiniti g35 coupe my baby nothing is wrong with this car at all and my fourth car is a 04 nissan maxima 6speed for the mother-in-law we got rid off the civic and this car its great and have no issues. I bought a car from here in March for $1600. In June my battery light was on. I brought a brand new battery and the light was still on. I put oil in and the battery light went off. First issue. In August the car completely stopped working. I bought a new starter. Second issue. And the car crank again but within 5 mins would start to over heat and cut off saying out of oil. Nice looking car seemed to run good but by day 2 check engine light is on and needs work already I guess that's what happens when buy used cars. Tho the dealer did work with me to make my purchase possible since I had to take a loan out for it . So some pros and cons.
At a time when I needed a vehicle but had less than perfect credit, ASAP motors got me into a vehicle with low money down. It isn't my dream car however, the overall experience was definitely worth it! He treated me like an individual & he is very understanding that bad things do happen to good people. I was directly affected by the floods & even had a few issues with my financial institute which interfered with a couple of my payments.
