Boris has come to our rescue a couple of times and it always fell on a weekend- once on a holiday weekend. He was prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. We will continue to use him, but hopefully we won't need him for a while!
I called this past Sunday and Boris answered the phone. I let him know about our situation bc we hired another company to service our AC in the beginning of this month and we called the same company to come out bc our air went out again even though they told us our unit was great. After spending more money and the AC still broke and the company told us to get a new fan with no guarantee or a new unit. I called Boris for a second opinion. The best company ever! Before I called them I had a few big companies to look into my problem. They told me that the only way to fix it was replacing the system and it'd cost me about $3000.ASAP heating & air conditioning I found online. The guy spent about 2.5 hours and sure enough, the air conditioning started working as before. It cost me $500 only! I'm so happy that I called them!Thank you!!
