PLEASE BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I paid them to fix my credit back in April of 2020 and as of today January 2021, I have seen no changes in my credit. I asked the owner Cindy for a full refund due to my credit not changing and she agreed to give me a full refund. I have yet to receive a refund and when I email her or anyone on the team, i do not receive a response. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY. IT IS FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM!! If I could rate a negative score I would. The ASAP Credit "team" is only out to take your money and send basic dispute letters to everyone on your report and providing them all with your updated information. I thought I could trust this service, but turns out it’s all about money for them. I paid $500 for 2 rounds which is a letter that verifies the information they have is accurate, and second letter asking to dispute. HA! Anyone can do that. I am really happy with Team Cindy at ASAP they have helped my credit score raise higher than expected in the time working with them. I only been with them a short time only on my second round and above 700 . I would and am going to recommend them my friends and family that need a repair. Jose

ASAP credit repair did not provide the service that I was expecting. After 3 rounds of the same mass produced letters to the credit reporting agencies, that really anyone could do on their own, my credit scores have actually decreased. In my opinion they were not helpful, too many different people to contact about your case & overpriced for the service I received. I would not recommend their service & will never use them in the future.

ASAP delt with my credit problems in a very professional manner. I was always kept in the loop, step by step. I just sat back and let Cindy and Raven work thier magic. My result were better than expected, and would gladly refer ASAP to anyone struggling with credit woes.

Excellent company with great customer service. When dealing with Kimberly A.... she was always professional and so willing to help no matter what the issue was. She got the job done in spades.
