Our bathtub faucet handle broke and we could not get it stopped. This was on a Friday evening. Called in for emergency service and Vic came by very quickly and plugged in a temporary valve for the weekend so we could still use our water. He completed the service Monday morning and I could not be happier. Very fast very efficient work. I highly reccomend.

BEWARE!!! We called American Sewer And Plumbing out to install a new cast iron sink in our newly remodeled kitchen. Stan, the Serviceman who came to our house, thought he was there to unclog a drain. He had no idea the scope of work he was there to do. Stan had to call another ASAP employee out to help him get the sink set, telling us that he would be back the next day to do the plumbing work and clean up the caulk work once the sink had time to set. I wasn't terribly happy with the service I received, but I'm a much more satisfied customer after having resolved the issue with the owner. I would call them again, if the need arises. (In fact, now that I know the owner to be honest, they'll probably be my first call)!
