the positive: -the clinic is clean, well-run, and efficient -very rarely do I ever wait more than a few minutes to dose. -staff are generally helpful and respectful. I'd say nursing staff is especially pleasant and kind. -location is safe, nice, and easy to get to with plentiful parking -its not corporate the negative: -THE HOURS. worst hours of any clinic ive ever attended. especially on the weekends--9 AM close?? come on. isnt the point to HELP patients and reduce as much as possible any obstacles or potential inconvenienc... read more

Kristen was at west Milwaukee and was my husband’s counselor. She compared her monster intake to heroin addiction… then had him rapidly detoxed but I never was kicked out. He had awful anxiety and problems because of this. He’s better now but I almost went here and saw her face and shivered. She had him out for no reason and he was a sweetheart.. still is. THIS is what addiction treatment should be!! This clinic should be the example all other treatment facilities model themselves after! For the first time, I feel like a 'patient'.. not a 'drug addict'!! The staff here truly understands what we are going thru but even more than that, they care!
