These guys are literally life savers! I wasn’t even counting on being able to get them to my house the same day, but they actually made it happen and came after work hours — I appreciate that so much already. They fixed my AC in less than an hour. I even tried to pay them extra for coming after hours, but they refused to take it. Wow. From now on, I’m choosing ASAP AC only! Ask for Alex and Vince’s team — they’re the best.
Extremely unprofessional. They gave me a 4-hour window and still showed up late with no notice. The tech was rude, didn’t explain anything, and left before I could even ask questions. The AC still had the same issue and they refused to come back without another service charge. Waste of time and money.
Alex & Vlad were terrific HAVC technicians, quickly and professionally solved all of my HAVC issues and were very fair in what they charged me. They were super nice to deal with and have my highest recommendation!
