Clean facility, friendly reception and attentive healthcare team! Fast scheduling and prompt communication.
The doctors all seem to be quite good. All of the other staff: not so much. The front desk bevy of workers are adept at misdiagnosing you over the phone, enjoy refusing to put your medications in to a pharmacy, are incompetent with paperwork, and they are experts at preventing you from seeing your doctor. Stay away from this place.
The Asante team has been excellent in caring for my family. Dr. Morgan has been attentive and supportive in always working me in with my sport injuries.
Receptionists are extremely rude over the phone. I had called to check in on my medication status as I was supposed to get a call back (but never did). Receptionist did not bother to ask for my information and was immediately short and rude to me when I asked her a question. She then followed to say “give me a second to find your shit”, then still proceeded to be rude to me even after I was already sworn at. Not the first bad experience there but I certainly hope it’s the last.
