Two things they did right: 1) A timely ER intake. 2) They treated me for my pain. But then they were all about adding whatever tests Medicare would pay for and others they wouldn't. They made me so mad I left with IV still in my hand and walked in my house shoes and robe to the Walgreens so I could call a friend to pick me up. 6 months later Asante billed me for what Medicare wouldn't pay then threatened collection agency when I disputed it. My daughter took me to the ER (tent in back) on April 13th per my primary doctor. The worst treatment in my 66 yrs ever!! I have been to many hospital ER's with my parents, children and husband in many states and this is the worst. I have messages with Patient Relations but NO one has called me back. My COVID-19 test results have not been given to my Dr (yet they called me over a week ago). I rec'd an X-ray but I can't get the results nor has my dr. gotten the results. HORRIBLE!!
RecommendedOn the evening of 4/14/20, I had a feeling of my throat closing off making it difficult for me to get my breath. I was taken right in and treated quickly. I figured I would have to wait because my oxygen level was fine, and my vitals were good. I was given a stronger allergy medication and soon I was feeling much better. Dr Kristin Inger and her staff are wonderful.
