Good staff , and trainers that are available to assist and answer questions. The fitness areas, locker room, and sauna are kept clean. Even the music they play is motivational.
Gym is clean, and their weights are always put up, which is really rare at a gym! Staff is friendly and greet you as you walk in.
Extremely encouraging staff and comfortable environment. A total body party with Ashley and Emari. You’ll reach your goal here.
