Ashley all the way !!! best training I have ever had . When I feel like giving up she keeps me going !!!!!! We literally do a different exercise every time I come . My body is forming faster than I could of ever imagined. Could not of done it without her . Everyone needs an Ashley !!! 😂
the group x classes led by Ashley are fun and challenging. You can be on any level and get a great workout. Ashley is an awesome trainer and i recommend her for one on one training as well ( totally worth the$$). She and her classes are the number one reason for my continued membership to asana.
If your like me and enjoy group workout sessions, then this is the place for you. The trainer Ashley is amazing! She’s an outstanding motivator and very knowledgeable!! AND she genuinely CARES!!!! If it wasn’t for her my membership would be a total waste of money 🤷🏽♀️.
I would recommend this gym for the group classes offered alone. Ashley is an amazing trainer and she’s the reason I joined in the first place. Definitely recommend getting the package so you can come and participate in her classes, she’ll get you right.
good place to workout , nice friendly people
Almost break my back when one of the threadmill suddenly stop with an error message. The person at the desk won’t even get up to read the message. I ask her to write down the message so whoever come fix threadmill would know what happened. She rudely reply “what do you want me to do.” When I ask for her manager she said “there no one here and you have 10 seconds to leave my gym or I will get the police to throw you out.” I told her this is poor customer service. They call themselves a wellness center but can care less about the wellness of their members. The far infrared sauna is totally broken and it took me talking to three different employees to finally convince them to get someone to look at the sauna. The place has potential to be great, but the employees can do better.
