By far the worst apartment complex I’ve lived at in my 6 years of renting. All of the nice reviews are because they offer tenants gift cards to leave them. The apartments are overpriced, and they will try to raise your rent by more than 10% hoping you don’t know that CA law doesn’t allow that so make sure you know your rights as a tenant. Currently, I live here. If you plan to check out these apartments to move in, DON’T. Since new management changed a few months ago, our packages have been “missing” in the leasing office. They are never there for you even tho the operation hours are from 9-5:30 pm; they are never there, and they leave whenever they want. My first package that went missing, they said that a homeless came in to take the package 🤯. Hoooow??.
