Had Asado cater a work event. They came with the food already prepared and then warmed it up in the smoker for the presentation. We did the brisket sliders, chicken sliders, potato salad and corn. All delicious. The event went flawlessly and the feedback was great. Would highly recommend!
We had Asado cater our wedding this past weekend, and people haven't stopped raving about the food. From the chicken and ribs to the roasted beet salad, the mac & cheese to the salmon, every single dish was delicious, and not only that but the portions were huge and the staff was incredible. They were a great part of our day, and we couldn't recommend them enough.
We hired Asado to cater our wedding last week, and they knocked it out of the park. We had a buffet with 3 meals, 3 sides, and 3 apps, and EVERYTHING was AMAZING. ESPECIALLY the brisket. We've been getting compliments all week. Everyone at Asado was so friendly and easy to deal with, I would highly recommend them if you are planning a large gathering.
Avoid at all costs unless you are an enabler. Had an interesting experience the other day with the owner Mike Yould, you know the same guy that shut down Birch and Anchor and SIP in Dartmouth leaving customers and staffing hanging. Only reason I had any contact with Asado was to attempt to get our money back on a SIP gift card. The food was terrible with the ribs dried out and inedible. Brisket coated in our own bbq made it okay. And I sure know it's not worth what you are paying for.
Asado did an absolutely fantastic job catering our wedding. We haven't stopped getting complements since. The communication was incredibly detailed and clear. We trusted them with complex/severe dietary restrictions and they delivered on keeping things tasty and safe with incredible competence and professionality. So tasty, on time, professional and outstanding communication and service. Highly recommend if you are looking for great food and project management.
