Awesome experience!....Had the lomo but substituted the ancho demi glazed for the fig glaze....so good, service was spot on
Best restaurant in Tacoma, hands down. Great atmosphere & vibe and the steaks are phenomenal! The stuffed pork chop is also amazing.
Called in to see about the wait and I was told they could get us right in since it was just my wife and I, so we headed over, got valet parking ($5) and went in. The hostess then informed us, in about the rudest tone I've ever had in any restaurant, that it was at least an hour wait but we were welcome to wait in the bar. How annoying is that? Ken and I had delicious, romantic date at Asada!! It was extremely busy, but our server was very attentive and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful. Definitely going back to try the butternut squash gnocchi. I had the Parilla Mixta this time with roasted asparagus and Ken had the Lomo steak with poblano polenta ! Next time I would love to try a dessert. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a delicious, carnivores meal ! It was a bit noisy so make sure you sit next to your date so you can hear.
Not authentic argentinian food, where is asado? Choripan? Milanesa?
The food and drinks were great, but there were several issues with the total experience. 1) they seated us for our reservation a half hour late 2) three of the 4 starters (soup and salads) were served. The last one came when everyone else was finished. 3). Cloth napkins were damp and had to be replaced 4) one of the desserts was not what was ordered. No offer of compensation for these inconveniences was offered.
My husband decided to surprise me with dinner here. It was my first time here and I have to say... what an amazing experience. The Sangria is sooo good. The crab cakes were THE BEST I've ever had. And the Kabobs were cooked perfectly. To top it all off our waitress Deana was literally the most amazing waitress I've ever had. My husband and I will definitely be back to dine with you again. Thanks again for the unforgettable experience. P.S: GIVE DEANA A RAISE SHE'S AWESOME!!!!
