Our waitress(Ashley C.) was what you always hope for when you dine out. Really knew the food on the menu, spot on with her knowledge of the different cuts of beef on the menu. Timing was perfect, from seating to eating, she got it right. Never felt "unattended".Food was outstanding. Real portions cooked perfectly. Hats off to the KITCHEN! We enjoyed our dining experience at Asado celebrating my sister-in-laws birthday. We shared the 3 course tasting menu and it was DELICIOUS from start to finish. What’s most important to share though is the service at Asado was impeccable from the friendly valet attendant, the accommodating hostess, the tasty drinks from the bartender, the attentive waiter, to the caring manager.
