Dr. Marokus is always prompt to respond when a followup is needed for his records, but slow to respond to refill requests and has difficulty completing his part of the insurance paperwork in a timely fashion. He refuses to give feedback on supplement interactions with the medications he prescribes and routinely delays the insurance claims I have to make using out-of-network procedures since he refuses to participate in network with any insurance provider.
