Do not trust Asa Cox if you are looking to buy a home. She sold me a home that had so many things wrong that were never disclosed to me. I spent a fortune to correct all the problems, from structural to electrical to plumbing. Don't trust her about the inspectors, either. Find your own inspector and alert him/her about problems to look for. I can't even begin to say how disgusted I am. Do your research.
