I had this company come out to fix my hot tub. first time it was ok experience. ended up with an issue but that was not the worse of it. The second time he came TEN DAYS after I called him and hired another company is when things went back. I was sure he had broken the part in the first place and I told him, right away, the spa was not functioning the same way. He said that was what it was going to be like.
