My son has been going here a while, in the beginning it was better but now they are completely unorganized. Over book days resulting in cancellation last minute multiple times a week. Will text last minute that you have to come and pick your kid up now. Therapist complain about getting no hours but never have availability due to taking on way to many kids at once.
So far our experience has been wonderful! The RBTs are communicative and seem very well trained my daughter enjoys going to her sessions and we have been impressed with their goals and plans for her.
We toured the facility in mid-January and followed up multiple times afterward, leaving several voicemails over the next few months. Despite our efforts, we didn’t receive a response until the second week of May—only to be told they are not in network. This important information should have been communicated much sooner. The lack of communication and the false hope given was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this facility due to their unprofessional handling of inquiries and promising services.
My son was told he’d receive 35 hours a week of therapy yet every week we were given a 5-10hour schedule. The blame was always on staff on vacation or staff not available. In 3 months of attending we didn’t have a single parent training. The lack of communication and transparency should steer you away. They also all of a sudden can only take private insurances. Stay away!
We toured the facility on January. Tried calling since January and leaving voicemails several times and finally got a response today that they are not in network after 3 months of waiting. You need to communicate better instead of filling false hopes and not answering. Definitely will not recommend for the lack of communication
