Unfortunately the shop keeps this technician employed who lacks knowledge and people skills and it appears they assign this guy to handle every vehicle and customer that comes in. You leave thinking they fixed your problem after paying for a service, but as soon as you drive off, you realize the problem still persists and your car needs to come back…ofcourse it does.
