Genuinely one of the worst nail salons I’ve been to. I’ve gone twice and both times the services were extremely rushed. I tried to give benefit of the doubt after the first time, but the second time I got a manicure and it was rushed and then the 20% tip I gave was complained about. I do not recommend, everyone working is rude and unfriendly.
Removed polish from pedicure, nails beds are partial white with some black spots, yet where healthy when Iarrived, how does this happen?
They always do their best to accommodate my schedule, Elva and Aden are my preferred technicians. They are both detai oriented and are thorough.
Received service today and my nails are great. I’ve come to them about 5x times but today was the first bad experience. The technician messed up my pedicure and filed my toes crooked, when mentioned to the owner all he said was yeah I see as I showed him. Then didn’t offer to fix it or anything. I get to the register to pay and he asked did I want to tip. I said no not today. He then goes do you ever tip, and I said yes you can ask the girls but today I won’t be tipping for a bad job.
