The second time I’ve come to an appointment and have been turned away I got the appointment within the grace period and yet they still turn me away . Save yourself the headache and don’t bother coming to sitter I’d go with Kaiser for sure . Many providers under sutter health are being paid to do literally nothing along with the MA ‘s thankfully it was just a check up . But go elsewhere .

Horrible system of not being able to contact the doctor’s office directly. K. Haulner who was my son’s provider (a nurse, not a Dr.) yelled at me for missing an appt. stating my son’s cardiologist found a hole in his heart, that WAS NOT what I was told and she continued. I told her okay I’m here now you can either help me or I’ll go elsewhere just to come to a resolution.
