My family and I waited and hour and a half for an informational appointment prior to my father's upcoming surgery. We had questions and concerns regarding the procedure due to prior Dr's statements. Dr. Devanabanda entered the room in a hostile manner as to why we were there "questioning" him in a sense. He began talking cutting my mother off as she was trying to talk. Our family had simple questions for him prior to a procedure on my husband. Our old Dr. had sat & talked with us, explaining things, but he moved. As soon as he walked in, he seemed very irritated that we would "question" him about the upcoming procedure. He told us he was recording us & that statements were "legal and binding."
