Quick to recommend septoplasty surgery for a deviated septum. Told me there will be no cosmetic changes to my face. My nose looks completely different after a botched surgery. Takes no responsibility and immediately offloads me to another ENT. I go get an MRI and it shows that I have a deviated septum. Surgery did nothing except alter my face. Dr. Rao is a very caring, compassionate, and attentive provider. I had a significant nose bleed and his office was able to squeeze me in, not only once, but 3 times. He took the time to really find the problem and help resolve my issue. His staff are very kind and caring as well. I appreciate what you and your staff do.
Dr. Rao is excellent! His surgery to correct my deviated septum has been life changing in improving my sleep and my breathing with exercise.
