Worst customer service in the banking industry. If you need to use a arvest bank go to the one in south Okc on Santa Fe. This one could use a lesson. I get the run around every time I come to this one. I can drive straight to Santa Fe and it’s instantly take care of. Management of this location is horrible.

Really need to have more people at this location if it's the only one open on a Saturday to get these lines moving. There's no sense of urgency considering you service all the local businesses including the mall. We only get X amount of time to get change on a busy Saturday. And it's a freakin joke to wait for 45 minutes in the business line with 3 cars ahead of me with no movement.
