When are you going to make Wyatt's Towing correct their signage on your property? Right now Wyatt's Towing is in violation of PUC Rules regarding the signage for towing companies and are illegally towing cars from your parking lots. The City of Arvada has also informed you that the Wyatt's Towing signs are illegally posted on public access streets. That you continue to allow this happen to your residents is unbelievable.
It's one of the best places I've ever lived. Everything is so awesome! Now if that RTD station would open then that would be icing on the cake. :-)
Best apartment experience I have had, no question! Love the location, can't wait for the train to open (next month). Staff is on-point from touring to move-in, super smooth process and always friendly. Maintenance team has always responded to my request, and there hasn't been many, in a very timely matter with a great attitude. I have lived her for 4 months and couldn't be happier. They just added a dog park, which is literally the only thing that could have made this place better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This place is a complete scam. $204.25 to apply. You could apply at five other places for that much. They advertise inexpensive apartments. When you apply they ask for proof of income. Then they call and say you don't qualify for the more expensive units and they don't have any of the lower priced available. Background check - no, credit check - no, so why $204.25 to apply for an apartment I don't qualify for?
Edit: My previous 5 star review was requested by the previous property management in exchange for a contest entry. I had only lived at Arvada Station for 2 months at the time, a comprehensive review of the last 3 years will be up soon. 1st review 1/18/15: Love the sense of community here! There are always great events like soup day (broccoli cheddar was the best), brunch, the Morning Riser coffee bar and that's just during the month of January.
