If I could give negative stars you bet I would. This is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve been her two months and contacted them every week about getting my A/C fixed and they have been nothing but rude and have still yet to fix it. I am pregnant and live on the 3rd floor and it has been nearly 90-100 degrees outside and can not survive in this condition. My thermostat reads 84 degrees inside and they refuse to fix this! Entire property is absolutely filthy. Our stairway has never once been cleaned. Whenever there is an incident security is nowhere in site.
The worst place to ever live, Can't express it enough. I read the reviews before moving in and thought some people just personally had some bad experience and took it out to them on the reviews... I should have listen to them. After 3 different situations dealing with Natalia Flores the Assistant Manager, Having packages stolen many many times and being treated like I was a child I gave up and moved out. They are scammers and low lives who thrive on a power trip of a false reality. Just don't do it
Less than 1 star DO NOT LIVE HERE! My car has been broken in to twice in the last week! There so called security showed up 20 minutes after the police (this being the first time in 11 months that I’d even seen a security patrol)! All they care about is your money at this complex. The pool is closed half of the year for one reason or another as is the hot tub. We’ve also had multiple packages go missing. Living here is my biggest regret of the last decade. This place is not worth the money, aggravation, or time!!!

After moving out, I had $750+ of charges for absolutely no reason. When I spoke to a member of the billing department about it, he literally told me to “go f**k myself”. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You’ve been warned.
Parking is the worst, even if you get there at 9:00pm there is no parking anywhere.
They are scammers, you screw you over and try to charge you to pretty much to breath oh and they tow your vehicles you cant park unless you pay for it even tho you're already paying $2,000 for a 2bdr apt another $110 for garage and also your portion of water and even if you pay for a parking ticket if the vehicle isn't up to their standards they tow it.
Not trying to be a community, rather a business. The pool is always packed with people not from the community because they rent it out. When I asked about discussing a solution for a noise issue, I was told to call the police. You don't have to live here long to see how many people are moving in and out. Save yourself time and find another apartment now.
