RecommendedWe had them scheduled to take a troublesome tree down last week, and there was an emergency they were requested for and they had to cancel. They got here the next morning and took the tree down for us. We were very happy with their service and they took care of everything for us from cutting the tree to disposal of the wood (it was not a good firewood tree) to cleaning up our yard and street. They are definitely the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. They did most of the job ok, but didn’t follow instructions as discussed (twice) on one part of the job. They claim they did as written in instructions from the estimator. Clearly estimator wrote poor instructions and didn’t understand after second conversation. Now have to hire another company to fix the tree that was trimmed incorrectly since it is in the front of the house. Company is not big on customer service for sure.
Waited 9+ months sitting on a deposit for a job to remove 14 trees from a backyard. They rescheduled no fewer than 5 times and visited the site at least 4 times with no indication that the job could not be done. Proposed a more expensive (but still lower than the competition) estimate when they decided their original plan involving a full size crane was not doable, before deciding that they could not complete the job at all. Because make sure you know what length long logs mean because we didn't. We told them we wanted 18-19 inches cut but it wasn't on our contract. It just said length long logs.

So happy with the tree removal! There were two monster trees and several mid-sized ones. The workers have gone above and beyond even in this sweltering heat to see to it that the job is done with excellent care and caution. So happy!!!
