I was so worried about fees when I was looking for an electrician. This was a great experience. Tommy and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was missing power to almost half my house to due a short. They traced it, fixed it, and now I have power again. These guys saved our lives, literally. While tracing the short, they discovered the outlet that the washing machine used was falling apart and partially melted on the inside, just waiting to burn. I will have Arundel on speed dial for all my electrical need... read more

From my first call for service and then having a sales rep come out to give me a quote this Company does what other Companies should be taught. Class outfit from everyone who speaks to you by phone to all who come out to provide a service. Top Notch !

I would like to withdraw my original complaint about Arundel Cooling and Heating. They didn't respond stating they did not get my letter. They responded immediately and made a financial adjustment that was satisfactory. And that was thanks to the Better Business Bureau.

Arundel repaired my air-conditioning system. Well, sort of. Technician came out the first day, did some work, said it'd was repaired and charged me $372. He told me its would take a while for the air-conditioning to cool the house. It didn't. Called the next day and out came another technician. He said the problem was leaking coolant and installed 2 lb s. Another charge, $300.
