There are no cockroaches in this building, maybe the previous caretaker allowed that but the current one would never do that on his watch, he runs a tight ship, good guy, good block. Don't listen to that old review from 3 years ago.
LITERALLY INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. CARETAKER DOES NOT CARE, ONLY TAKES. HE IS THE COCKROACH KING, BREEDING A LARGE ARMY OF SENTIENT CAT EATING ROACHES. THERE ARE SO MANY ROACHES THAT THEY HAVE STARTED TO BECOME SENTIENT AND ORGANIZE RAIDING PARTIES. ALL JOKES ASIDE, THIS PLACE IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DISGUSTING POORLY KEPT BUILDING IN MY LIFE. I VISITED ONCE AND I STILL HAVE NIGHTMARES THAT MY SKIN IS CRAWLING. I COUNTED 100 ROACHES THAT NIGHT. OMG.
