I was up charged for a crown because the dentist upgraded the material for $325 without checking with me first. My plan allows for a standard crown at around $550, and the max in lab fees they can charge on anything is $325. They charged me so they could collect the max allowed through the insurance. I commented on the estimate seeming high, and asked about the lab fees, but the woman at the desk just said, "yeah, this is what they cost." I just came from Dr. Avanti's office. Tina, the dental hygienist was excellent! She calmed me right down. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Avanti was also very informative about what I need to keep up my dental health. It was a pleasant experience!

My family and I had great experience from the moment we arrived til we left our appointment. Kelli at the front desk was wonderful. She is always extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

She’s an excellent dentist. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. Kelly the receptionist,was very friendly and knowledgeable as was Angie the dental assistant. Dr. Avanti gives you a thorough exam and discusses your options not just ready to extract. She explains treatment plan. She is very professional and it seems like I’ve known her all my life.She is pretty and painless, small and strong with a strong grip. I love my crown and it feels good and looks nice. Her work is above reproach.

My husband John and I would highly recommend Dr. Avanti. We were there for our first cleanings this past week. She took her time in our dental exam and her hygienist Tina is very good. Kelly the office manager makes you feel right at home. Very professional and friendly office..

I think Dr. Avanti is a great doctor but the only draw back is that the wait was way too long. I had to wait for over an hour on both my visits. I fell asleep while waiting for them. I specifically mentioned while they were booking my second visit to put me in a slot that doesn't make me wait for that long and I still had to wait for an hour.
