My experience with Dr. Lakhanpal left me in tears by the time I got to my car. He consistently talked over me, questioned every single diagnosis made by other specialists, basically "undiagnosed" me of everything that has previously been found through testing, and focused heavily on my "psychiatric conditions" even after my attempt at explaining that my anxiety/depression is completely unrelated to my other health issues and stems from a traumatic incident that occurred AFTER the other totally unrelated diagnoses. A doctor’s role is to listen, evaluate, and direct patients toward the right course of action—not make them feel like a burden when they come to you seeking care. I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking respectful and attentive medical care.
Instead of providing care, he is dismissive and disrespectful towards his patients. Patients come to seek help and guidance with their care, not be met with a lack of compassion and unprofessionalism which Dr. Lakhanpal grossly demonstrated.
It has become obviously clear that Arun Lakhanpal deems his responsibilities as a medical provider as an inconvenience. His sworn medical oath to do no harm is use case subjective and only driven by the direction of Northside as an organization. He is dismissive, condescending, misogynist and plainly put, rude.
