Doc was kind and listened to my worries. Nurse was friendly and kind and made me feel reassured when I was getting an injection on my derriere
Dr. Pathy and Nurse Maria are great! I was nervous about a small excision he had to do and both of them were so gentle, attentive, and kind. He looked at other areas of concern I was having and was patient with my questions.
Dr. Pathy: Poor patient engagement and Zero empathy Good experience on paper but, his engagement with patients as seen in the Kaiser system has fizzed out. He is distracted and worried more about self preservation and playing/navigating KP corporate politics. If you have him as your Dermatologist, go seek specialist help somewhere else pronto!
What Dr Pathy practices is neglect and outright malpractice. I would call for a review of his licence by CMB (Colo Medical Board). It is frustrating to see how Kaiser (especially in metro Denver) fosters a culture of non-performance and mediocrity amongst its specialist population - no real metrics/KPIs of measuring empathy, engagement and performance of its Doctors. I drive from NW Denver to see Dr Pathy at the Arapahoe office. I value his expertise, professionalism and personal care. He and his staff are typical of the wonderful individualized care I have received for years at Kaiser Permanente.
