I have been a pt of Dr Gupta’s for at least a dozen years. When i started seeing him i only had 1 medical condition and i now have an autoimmune disorder, complicating much of my treatment. I loved having Dr Gupta as my doctor. I have sent my own family to see him. I do believe he is a talented doctor. However i feel very sad now about what the office has become. Worst customer service, the lady on the phone is so rude. I was calling for a new patient enroll and she was so rude and hung up on me.
After many years, I am switching Doctors. I like the Nurses and Doctors including Drs. Lewis and Gupta and NP Surya. However, today was the last straw. I'm afraid that the office staff's rude behavior has driven me away.
Today I was treated very rudely by the front desk hanging up on me 3xs and telling me you can go to another MD. I was taken back by this most unprofessional behavior. I called regarding refills. If this is how one is treated no wonder healthcare is suffering. I liked my NP but I am a NP also but bad behavior is bad behavior.
