After many years, I am switching Doctors. I like the Nurses and Doctors including Drs. Lewis and Gupta and NP Surya. However, today was the last straw. I'm afraid that the office staff's rude behavior has driven me away.
Today I was treated very rudely by the front desk hanging up on me 3xs and telling me you can go to another MD. I was taken back by this most unprofessional behavior. I called regarding refills. If this is how one is treated no wonder healthcare is suffering. I liked my NP but I am a NP also but bad behavior is bad behavior.
Best doctor .. He has been seen me for about 15 and some years ..My mom and my kids go to him and he treat us like family .. Love him!!! he best
Blessed to have Dr Gupta watch over my parents care. He’s there for the patient 24/7 and has been there for me on numerous occasions when we needed urgent meds or appts. He truly is a blessing and truly cares. His staff is patient and supportive too! Thank you Dr Gupta!
