Stay far away from this practice. The rudeness of the staff is out of this world. And it's unprofessional. They hold your prescriptions hostage so that they can just try to get money for another visit. They don't even do blood work at every visit so why do they have to hold your prescriptions hostage for another visit? I have been patiently waiting for a refund I was never supposed to pay in the first place, I've been waiting almost 4 months now. They blamed the mix up on me told me it was my fault, when I presented them with the PROOF they were wrong, refused to call back for 4 months. Then when they did the office Manager treated me like I was nothing- she hung up on me like she's don't MULTIPLE TIMES. It's a disgusting was to treat people
