I’ve had a great experience, my allergy issues are essentially gone. I feel like a new person.
The staff are friendly in Danville Ky. and helpful ,Dr. Kadambi is friendly , but the Lexington office when you call , and cannot have your call returned isn't professional at all ! 3 weeks and still know answers.
TV has little.
I have made numerous phone calls to this office. No one ever answers. I guess they want callers to leave a message. However, not once has anyone ever returned my call. This office was referred by a friend and colleague of the doctor’s, but the office operation is unacceptable. I’m going elsewhere.
Give yourself 30 min to get an allergy shot, even if they claim no more than 15 min at your initial visit!
