Emergency surgery, Honest man.
Excellent. Great Doctor
Dr Penukonda performed three bowel surgeries on my husband and removed my gall bladder. He is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him highly. He has a good bedside manner and is quite thorough. We both were very happy with his surgeries.
If you are being seen for a consult, make sure you are being billed correctly. I have a $50 copay for a specialist with United Healthcare. The doctors office was verified to be in-network prior to the visit. It was a 15 minute appointment for a physical exam, with no scans or labs, only to be told no surgery was necessary. Yet, I was charged $150.00. Excellent bedside manner and explains well
My father had surgery with Dr. P; his bedside manner was less than pleasant. My father healed fine, but we didn't care for Dr. P's personality. Then I had Dr. P when I was in and have an ugly scar, so not the best experience, then I had Dr. P again when I almost died and he told me I would never get independence again. I should just go into a nursing home . Most definetly would highly recommend Dr. Penukonda. He and a team of Doctors "saved" my life from an AAA (Abdominal Aorta Anuersym). It was an emergency surgery at the ER. God bless you Dr. Penukonda!!!!!
Great MD but keep your receipts when you pay - their accounting department will send you a bill even when you pay through credit card. Don't pay cash and loose your receipt!!!
Had to wait 1 3/4 hrs. But He is worth it!
