Doctor and staff are very straightforward & courteous. If you work the plan, you WILL lose weight!
Great nutrition plan that is feesible
I love that he teaches you how to retrain your way of thinking. It's not about the pills or shots doing the work. You have to get your head and body on the same page and determine that your health matters. He teaches you how to make better food choices as well as how much of each food group you should eat. And diet is important, but so is exercise. Find every way to make your daily task an activity. Stop making excuses for not being active. He just makes you feel like a better you.
