He is an excellent physician: caring, kind and interested in you and me as an individual with a health problem that we have asked him to help us with. I should know because I also am a physician with a Lung problem and by the time we need his professional knowledge, we have limited years left on this earth. He has exemplified all of the best qualities that a true physician can possess. God put him in this specialty for a reason....listen to his advice and trust in his knowledge.
I am totally pleased with Dr. Devakonda and his staff. He spends all the time needed. Very good at explaining everything that's going on I have complete trust in him.

Have had COPD for years; but Dr. Devakonda found through a Pulmonary Function Test that most of my problem is caused by sinus drainage. I was able to discontinue use of steroid inhalers, etc.
He first saw me in the hospital. He had me diagnosed before I was discharged. My diagnosis was not something you see every day. He is very thorough. I highly recommend him.
My sister and I have been under his care for several years and found him to be genuine, devoted to his profession and patients. He is patient, listens, responds, is not judgmental and highly professional and knows what he is doing.
Dr. Devakonda was very kind and thorough. He took a lot of time asking me questions and explaining everything to me! I would recommend to anyone who has lung conditions.
Excellent. Should have seen him years ago. He has appropriately ordered and read tests, prescribed the appropriate drugs, worked with me when insurance balked, ordered oxygen when indicated. He is a nice guy, not too chatty, a bit somber, but I trust him - what else is important?
He read my pulmonary function report wrong compared to the 3 other pulmonalogist I've gone to.
