My experience with Arum spa has been frustrating and extremely disappointing. When booking my wedding with Sonesta, I was very excited to hear there was on-site hair & makeup services; however, there are many inconsistencies with pricing from various staff and NO pictures of prior work from their hairstylist. The spa manager was very rude with me when I called to ask if there were pictures of the hairstylist's work. I love going into Arum- the staff is always super friendly and extremely accommodating. The ladies make each visit truly a wonderful spa experience. Every time I want to be pampered I know right where to go, April keeps my nails looking fresh and healthy and Lizzie is the master of the perfect massage. These ladies are awesome!
Loved my pedicure and I've already made another appointment. Champagne was a wonderful touch!
Best pedicure I have had ever! I decided to treat myself this past Saturday and I was beyond satisfied. It was wonderful to not be rushed and to enjoy a glass of champagne! As a local I will be back again soon but with friends!
Definitely, by far, the BEST Spa on the Island!!! Arum is GORGEOUS, warm and welcoming. The staff and services offered are top notch. Did I mention the lavender infused champagne!!! Do yourself a favor, go to Arum, you will not be disappointed and it will certainly become your favorite spa on the Island.
