Beach yoga with Jennifer is absolutely fantastic! Locals appreciate y'all offering the class Monday - Friday and also appreciate the donations to The Island Humane Society. Fabulous working together to better our Island!

My massage therapist was great and made it a really enjoyable experience. There is no steam room, locker rooms, sauna or hot tub or anything like that so its best to come already in your robe from the hotel room to be prepared!
