Carlos Garcia is the best therapist I have been assigned to yet. And I entered my behavioral care switch to him with low expectations, for my previous therapist and social worker (separate people) back in the San Luis Walk-In Clinic were fantastic themselves, so I didn’t expect my next therapist (Carlos) to exceed, let alone match, the performance of my previously-assigned behavioral care people.
