Note that this review is for bleaching and dying only, and that I’m sure cutting is a different category that might deserve more stars. I bleached and dyed my hair from halfway down. I don’t have thick hair and still, it took 6 hours. It was one lady working on my hair although there usually should be an assistant. This was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. Yumiko listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a cut that was exactly what I had in mind. She was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely come back in the future!
