Dr. Portales is the best doctor I have seen. I cannot recommend OC Medical Wellness enough. The office and support staff treat you as a patient not just a number. Dr. Portales takes the time to listen to your concerns and does not rush you through your appointment. As a DO he checks for other underlying issues like sleep and diet. There maybe Doctors closer to you but he is worth the extra time to see him.
I saw dr portales andfirst I had to do a lot of paperwork on the I pad.then the very nice lady that works in the front took me to a room and within 2 minutes doctor portales came in the room and the first visit he read all my mris,which i have a lot of, and then we talked for about an hour.unfortunately i have seen and been to so many different doctors and by far dr portales is the most thorough doctor i have seen.i hope to see dr portales for a long time.the office staff is fantastic,professional and very kind,thank you dr ... read more
