I called this office to schedule a routine colonoscopy. During my visit I was asked so many questions. I came to the conclusion that the doctor was trying to file the insurance claim as a 'diagnostic' procedure! Which, my coverage does not pay at 100%. As suspected that is exactly what he did. So, make sure you tell Dr. Bravo you are there for a 'ROUTINE' colonoscopy or he will twist your words making it look as if it is diagnostic procedure. Which, pays himself more by your insurance carrier.
Very bad experience. Dr can not diagnose the issue plus he is not ready to listen and understand your issue.
I was referred to Dr Bravo from my general doctor. He provide excellent care for my medical concerns.
