A very arrogant surgeon that screwed up my neck surgery. The office staff is so heartless. Please go elsewhere. This kind of surgery is so serious!

Went for a surgical opinion on my neck. The office was rude and cold. Dr. Pacult had the most arrogant, higher than thou attitude and recommended surgery. I had heard my experience wasn't unusual at this office. Wouldn't trust him in a million years.

A well known surgeon recommended surgery. I wanted a second opinion. My Primary Care Physician called in a referral. I received a call from a very rude woman named, 'Robin' who said, 'Dr. Pacult doesn't do second opinions'. My PCP physician and I were stunned. Avoid Dr. Pacult and 'Robin' at all costs. Your neck is on the line!

Dr. Pacult was fine but his NP Adelle Moore is awful! She is an unhappy person that acts ticked that you made her get up and have to come into the room and see you! She is insulting with words and her body language. She even rolls her eyes at you when you are talking to her. I am a nurse and I take care of the public every day. I would never treat anyone one the way she treated me. Not on my worst day.
