My friend and I were driving to Michigan from Nevada, and developed engine trouble in Nebraska. We called several repair shops, only to be told they were booked to the end of the week. Finally found ARTS number...got directions to the shop and was told they'd take care of us right away. They diagnosed our problem and had us back on the road in ONE HOUR! The team there are truly knights in oily shirts. �
