Good landlord always helpful
I cleaned my dads rental property top to bottom and the said the deposit was a non refundable. Why put a deposit down then ! Smh makes not a bit of sense! Horrible!

Art is a great landlord if there is any problem he resolves them quickly from a leaky faucet to a roof repair I would recommend renting from him he is the best landlord I have ever dealt with Bravo Art
