Arts rental has taken the time to fully update the the home I was interested in. Each place I looked at was very nice and ultimately could have been a great fit. He worked with me and stayed after hours till I could get off work to sign my lease. When I changed my mind he was very willing to work with me and that was just a stellar move on there part. He even considered me as a tenant even though my credit was not fully up to par. Good but not the best. I would recommend Arts Rentals to any friend. I already did actually.
I would definitely recommend renting from art. These people are the best. They really take care of their tenants and go out of their way to help people out.
my family rents from this guy and ive been looking for a house for me and my newborn and hes the only one who actually came through to help!!!
